By using this prepaid phone card, you consent to the terms, conditions, rates and charges. Minute value applies to U.S. domestic calls only, International rates are higher. A surcharge not to exceed 35 minutes applies to pay phone calls, some of which compensates pay phone providers. One minute billing increments and partial minutes used are billed as full minutes. Rates may be higher for calls to/from mobile phones. Recharge minutes may have different rates. Card value expires 365 days after activation, recharge, or last use.
Card can't be used for toll-free calls, calls for paid services with premium charges or for operated-handled calls. Directory Assistance rates are higher than U.S. domestic rates. Service provider makes no warranties and its liability is limited per service guide. Any disputes arising from purchase or use of this card are settled by arbitration.
Card may be terminated without notice if fraud is suspected.

The product is good, but has its limits. Here's why.

For much of the population, cell phones have taken away the need for this product. That is probably why AT&T has apparently put the phone card system into autopilot: these cards still work, and the automated customer service system still functions, but you're out of luck if you try to make contact with a live human being who can help you.

And there is an issue with this product that I needed to talk to a live human being about. The problem is this: the phone card does not allow a phone on the receiving end to ring long enough for a voicemail to pick up. Technicians should be able to fix this, but good luck getting through.

I have just sent a letter to AT&T's corporate headquarters asking them to get this taken care of. Maybe they will. I'm not sure what odds I'd put on it. Bottom line is, if you need to have a phone card, this one is worth considering, but be aware of its limitations (unless the latter one gets fixed before you read this).

AT@T Phone Card, doesnt work and they really dont Care.

This card does not work, and is not supported by AT@T Customer dont Care. My first attempt at using this card was a failure, called AT@T Customer dont Care number on back of card. The persons accent was so heavy and their inability to understand English was so strong that it was unworkable, tried again, another long wait, another non English speaking or understanding individual.
Tried again, finally, a person who almost spoke but didnt quite understand English. Explained problem, they assured me everything was good and that I should try again.
I tried again, same problem. Back I go to AT@T Customer dont Care, another long wait, another heavily accented individual. Suggested a work around. Ring off, try again , same problem.
Call AT@T Customer dont Care, another long wait, yet another explanation of problem. Now they blame the problem on my Phone Service Provider, ive explored that route, problem not there.
By now they have had enough of me, they dont understand the problem , cant fix the problem and seemingly dont care about the problem. Would I please go away and stop ruining their calls handled per hour quota.
So if you want to waste hours of your time speaking to people who really dont care and are so poorly trained they are unable to correct a problem , then buy this AT@T card, it will ruin your whole day.

Cuts you off after 15 minutes

It cuts you off after 15 minutes when used from a payphone and charges you 35 minutes off the top each and EVERY time you make a call from a payphone plus the minutes charged for the 15 which are different rates per minute depending on the state you are calling. A big rip off. I bought 1200 minutes and that is not what you get in talk time. They eat your minutes quickly at 35 minutes per call plus rates per minute!!! Don't waste your money!!!

The instructions state this card may expire one year after 1st use, one year after recharging and one year after last use. The expiration times are very ambiguous. Several other things can cause it to expire after a year from said reason. Just read it well to be sure it fits your needs. I bought it thinking it never expires. I read the descriptions of too many cards and got this one confused with another card. I'll worry about the expiration if and when it happens. I'll write a new review if I have any problems when using the card. I'm not going to use it until I NEED it so I doesn't expire sooner than necessary. Read the time saving instruction sheet that come with the card.

I bought this with the intention of sending it to my grandmother and then simply reloading it when she needed more minutes. Well, what I received looked like it was printed on card stock (see the photo). The printing on the back was even slightly crooked. I did not receive the card pictured- card with attached instructions and plastic. No where on this card were there instructions on reloading it. I feel very much like this is a scam. So I'm returning it and going directly to AT&T to purchase a card.
The seller actually called me to discuss my concerns. He has tried to update his listing with Amazon so the correct product is shown and described. He had no problems with me returning the item or in getting me a refund. He apologized for the error. Amazon- update his listing!

I needed this card for international will nit buy it again as it only gives you 62 minutes.
I am paying over a dollar a minute waste of money. If you are calling within the US it would be ok but I am not. I could see 150 minutes to the uk I might think about buying anotherone. Very disappointed.
