I gave this 5 stars because it's used in the house, on road trips so no one goes dead on the phones, tablets, switches, and then charging AUKEY battery bricks. They make solid hardware and it's been 3 years and I'm still happy with the purchase. I have not lost all the ports but the last two that are plugged in from the picture but the 3.0 ports. I tested them with a USB voltage tester and no voltage is coming through on this. If 3 years is the limit on these I can accept it but I have 4 Aukey battery bricks now and they are used often and are the go-to every single time my daughter goes to school or sports. She even packs extra cables for her friends and they have told me she's really smart like that. I am not going to give it away it was my idea, after all, walking in prase of being kind and smart is in short supply and high in demand. She also has learned that it's good to be prepared.

PS. I ordered two more and they are coming today.
