Overall:

This has been an EXCELLENT addition to our vehicle. We’ve had the typical 3-inch stick-shaped charger for years - slow to charge, easy to wiggle loose from the cigarette lighter hole. This one is significantly smaller, sitting almost flush with the opening and emitting a dim yet pleasant purple LED light. My wife’s iPhone charges at max speed when using the USB-C jack (roughly 75% full in 60 minutes) but the charger is also quite handy when doing quick charges in between destinations.

Overall, a very strong recommend. Make sure you get USB-C cables otherwise you _will not_ get high speed charging for supported devices!!! (For Android devices, I believe they are USB-C to USB-C. For iPhones, they are USB-C to Lightning). Also, I would suggest getting the version with two USB-C ports if you foresee charging multiple devices simultaneously on a frequent basis since the USB-A is limited in output.

It seems to be working okay. But the type C port quit working within the first 2 minutes of having my LG V60 plugged in. The other port still works fine. Not a deal breaker for me, other people would probably return this by now. I've also noticed it doesn't like to fit flush in half of the plugs I've tried. Just needs a little push after every few days. No biggie I guess. But all of this is going to affect my ratings. Yes I kinda wish I would have bought something else. But it would still be through Aukey. It's better than Anker, at least. Used to love Anker. I love how tiny this charger is tho. You hardly notice it there. It also projects a very tiny light from the inside. I hate lights in the car, but this does not distract me one bit. That's a big deal to me.

*Delivers approx. 30W per port as advertised. See photo, I got 13.3V, 2.15A (28.6W) with a USB C Power Delivery device. With a QC 3.0 USB A device, I got 12.1V, 3.04 A (36.8W).
*Delivers 4.8A total (at 5V) when using both ports simultaneously
*Compact design, nice build quality
*Flip out handle makes it easy to remove

Cons:
*This will depend on your car but it does not fit flush in my 2013 Ford Focus, the cap stays open at about a 45 deg angle.
*The USB A ports fits tightly and it pulls out the entire charger too easily when you try to pull the cable out
*Did not deliver 4.5A at 5V as it says in the specs, it maxed out at around 3.5A before the voltage dropped below 4V.

I'm using this as my travel charger (when I rent cars) to charge my phone and tablet. It has a nice, compact form factor and fits nicely in my travel kit. It's all metal and feels pretty durable, but my travel kit doesn't get abused. It charges both devices fine, although on a long, cross-country drive, it appeared to be trying to escape the cigarette lighter port. It had moved out a little bit, but was still charging my devices, so it hadn't wiggled out completely. I even used the type-C port to charge my dell laptop. (I don't recommend this. It worked, but it was not able to charge my laptop while my laptop was turned on. When I powered off my laptop, it charged very slowly. I just thought it was worth the experiment.)

This car charger works great for quickly charging a Google Pixel 4a cell phone. There is a car power outlet in the between the seats glove compartment of my Chevy Malibu and this USB C charger inserts flush with the top of the outlet and has a semicircle shaped part that folds out for you to take ahold of to remove it. Therefore no space is wasted inside the glove compartment by having the top of it stick out beyond the top of the outlet. The only complaint I have about it is that inside the outer packaging the charger itself was incased so tightly in plastic when I received it that I injured my finger slightly getting it off so I could use the charger.

Note 10+ Super Fast Charging

It does charge "super fast" only with pd port (type-c) not with the other port. There is a different version of this charger that both is type-c but for more general usage one type-c and one usb-a is better option for me and I think for everyone too. Usb-c to usb-c is not a common cable that can be found anywhere. So we still need time for this type-a to type-c transition.

If you have any Samsung phone or Iphone, it will charge it at full speed.

Unfortunately, I tried my brother's phone which is oneplus 6t and no "rapid charge". Shows regular charging. So if you have oneplus 6t or newer it won't charge rapidly. I am not sure if it charge fast oneplus 5 or 5t. Probably this is beacuse Oneplus uses its own hardware-based technology.

Please be careful: when you buy a charger make sure it has ppts and pd(power delivery) features.
