My only negative is the Bluetooth is not loud enough in my opinion. It works well at lower speeds, but I have a cruiser type motorcycle, but not super loud, and at anything above 40 miles an hour I can barely hear the Bluetooth. The people on the other end of the call all say they hear me just fine. If not for that, I would give it five stars.
The helmet itself is pretty nice. In my opinion the sizing runs just a tad small. I ordered the XL and had a couple pressure points on my temple that bothered me the first few times I rode. After about 300 miles the pressure points have dissipated and the helmet is comfortable. The chin strap works, but could use just a little extra length to make it easier to fasten. The color is great and definitely adds to my visibility. I wear glasses so having the flip up design is really nice when putting the helmet on or off I don't have to fumble with my glasses. The interior tinted shield works good too, though I find myself using my polarized sunglasses more than the flip down just because I'm more accustomed to them.
The bluetooth leaves A LOT to be desired. It seems sluggish to respond to turning on/off, or switching modes. Even after about 500 miles with it I don't feel comfortable making any adjustments on the move - it just isn't that user friendly. As others have mentioned the volume of the speakers is really lacking. I ride a Triumph Tiger 800 and anything above 35-40 MPH makes anything over the speakers inaudible. I haven't paired with another helmet to test rider to rider comms but I've attempted a couple of phone calls as a test. Speeds under 25 and the phone works acceptable but anything faster and the combination of wind noise on the mic and reduced ability to hear makes the unit useless.
Overall I am happy with the helmet, for the price I paid. I didn't have very high expectations for the bluetooth portion based on the other reviews and the overall price.
