I bought this for my daughter (who weighs 110 pounds dripping wet) to use at her piano. We've had it less than a year, and yesterday the leg just snapped right off - which of course sent my daughter painfully crashing to the floor.
I was both disappointed and angered to see that contrary to the product description, this is NOT a solid wood frame. The legs are just MDF (medium density fiberboard). MDF is absolutely not acceptable as a weight-bearing material, and the photos show why.
This bench is dangerous, and is a serious injury waiting to happen.
I'm giving this 1 star, only because zero is not an option.

Product came with a large MADE IN CHINA sticker on the side of the bench which cannot be peeled off. I am going to need some Goo Gone to try and remove it. There's no reason why this sticker could not be on the underside, or inside the bench! It's right on the nice shiny black paint. SO DUMB
