Aaron Ormiston is a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor who has worked to create an overall health and fitness philosophy intended to cultivate happiness through balance, independence and simplicity. Aaron believes that a balanced approach to fitness can be elusive with so many demands on our time. In addition he seeks to eliminate the "cookie cutter" mentality associated with the unrealistic body image icons that influence so much of our society.
As an entrepreneur, Aaron has established his own publishing company, Exire Publishing. He has also created the Fitness Fuzion Program intended to promote better health and fitness. This program is designed to help "infuse" a sustainable approach to your own healthy lifestyle.
As a century cyclist and 225 mile Ragnar relay race competitor, Aaron understands the training involved with high intensity sports. While managing his own injuries he sought for a way to find a consistent training regimen that would allow him to train for races he enjoyed without the adverse effects of over training.
His research became a labor of love that he is excited to share with you on your own journey in life to happiness through the pursuit of "true" fitness.
