A very comprehensive and objective collection of writings on the subject; a healthy amount of point-counterpoint. Fair and balanced enough to bring a tear to Bill O'Reilly's eye. Some of the dscriptive sections, i.e. the book title itself (I think UFOLOGY UP To DATE would actually be better with respect to the voluminous content), are written in such a matter-of-fact way, however, you wonder about the real seriousness of the piece; writers taking it for granted that readers casually accept the fact that an intact UFO landed somewhere and a deal was worked out between non-human and human entities as to where it should be housed.

Though some readers may be initially tuned out by some of the same ol' same ol', they should give entries by folks like Stanton Friedman and Bob Lazar a nod - SF's a real Physicist, inn my opinion; all due respect to BL but his credentials can't *all* be conveniently lost by the powers that be, and on his video he doesn't seem to be convinced he's Physicist - mayb I'm wrong but I'd love to get voice analysis on that one. But I find them both fascinating.

The whole works are here: Roswell; Betty and Barney Hill; Travis Walton; Philip Klass (offering the usual unhealthy skepticism); cattle mutilations; alien abduction; hybrid children. I gotta go back to see if something was included on the 1977 Nw Jersey UFO landing on Boulevard East, in Guttenberg, New Jersey - I read about it and visited the roped off spot and saw the divets in the ground supposed made by...little guys.
