Principal Ogbu has run Esako Community High School exactly how he has always wanted. The school is thriving academically and the teachers are working like he wants them to. And then Nana shows up with new ideas and new ways of doing things.
When Nana was sent to Esako as her place of primary assignment to work as a teacher, she was quite unhappy. but her foster parents insisted that she needed this exposure to complete her.
