Bought this book on the recommendation of a friend who wrote one of the essays. Answered a lot of questions I had. When this issue is such a hot emotional topic, and media/culture really only champions one side, it was nice to read the point of view of real people. I would highly recommend The Abortion Debate to anyone.

If you're looking for varying perspectives of the controversy surrounding abortion, this is a great book. One essay looks at it from the pregnant mother's point of view, another from a nurse who has seen this type of thing first hand. Overall, it is a well-collected collection, and you can't beat the price. I myself was not aborted, so I'm glad to read different viewpoints of people who are interested in this topic.
