Let me just tell you that I loved this book. I think you should read it. It's wonderful. It's funny. It's sweet, romantic and the sexy scenes between Mia and Quinn were HOT.

As usual, Belle entertains us with the quirky nature of her female Protagonist. I've always loved that about her. The women never feel anything but natural and real.
Mia isn't any different. Shy and awkward - a virgin at...what? Twenty-Seven? (Which, I have to admit, reminded me a lot of Claire Kent's Escorting. Virgin, Twenty-Six, books an Escort)
That was all fine with me because I could connect with her character. I also loved Quinn. He had a wonderful sense of humour.

BUT. And here's the giant BUT (which may or may not be relevant to you. It is to me and bothered me a lot of times)
- he is nothing like an Escort should be. I get that it's fiction. I really do, and I probably would have enjoyed it if I didn't 'know' a male Escort myself.
They aren't booked months in advance. They don't make ten grand a week. They rarely book by the hour and they put more time and effort on getting to know the client during a booking than actually jumping in bed with them. They are way more committed than portrayed in this book. They don't consider themselves sex machines. (At least not the classy ones I know.) AND they don't book the hotel room. The client does. They leave. The Client stays.
Most of Escorts work normal day jobs (both male and female), so I would have loved to see this with Quinn - to give him more depth.
Quinn was all about the deed, which was a huge dealbreaker for me in regards to Reality. I would have never booked him as an Escort.
He exchanges emails with a client, texts her and immediately has a thing for her?
That screams unprofessional from a mile away.

From the moment we started this book we were hooked. Belle Aurora has done a stellar job, this story has the perfect mixture of sassiness, humour, angst, happiness, heartache, love and HOTNESS. There were so many times we were both laughing out loud.

Mia aka Maya is a 27 year old virgin who has had bad experiences with the only 2 men she has ever been with. She is socially awkward, even more so around men. She's shy and has low self esteem but she is sassy, witty and smart; she has a killer combination. We loved that Mia was curvy and comfortable in her own skin. She wants nothing more than to feel the love and affection from a man, to feel wanted. What's a girl to do when she needs to be deflowered? She hires a male escort...Not just any escort but a man who stole her heart years ago, a man who also happens to be her brothers best friend.

Matt Quinn is a male escort, fu€king women is something he is good at, he enjoys women so why not turn it into a career. Don't let that deter you Quinn is sensitive and sexy which makes him so swoon worthy and so easy to fall in love with. He doesn't take advantage of women, he is an unselfish lover, taking pride in giving his clientele just what they need, and more. Being this good at what he does, Matt seldom has time for himself and is always booked out. When a shy, innocent women emails him requesting his services he is intrigued, like they say you always have to watch out for the shy quiet ones.

Quinn loves his lifestyle and would never give it up but upon meeting the faceless Maya/Mia one night with her and the friendship they have developed leaves him wanting more from her. He wants to spend more time with Mia but doesn't want to give up his job.

It might be a small spoiler, but I have to warn any reader who doesn't like the hero sleeping with another woman during the story that Quinn is sleeping with at least four other women, all of them being clients. I didn't like it at the beginning, but I realized that this was a way to show us how Quinn's feelings about Mia Chang. They aren't yet in a relationship, so I can't fault him. Honestly him being an escort wasn't that bad.

Mia is a good heroine and I liked her. She might have some insecurities, but she is also strong. I think that she was already halfway in love with Quinn when she set that meeting. The blurb covers more than half of the book. Mia and Quinn first fell in love and then they are meeting each other face to face. I liked how we saw them fall in love. After some books I read where the main couples fall in love suddenly and not in a love at the sight way.

I wasn't expecting that kind of reaction from Harry, Mia's brother. It was a little too much in my opinion. I want to read his story, though. He tells Quinn a few things about his past, which made me sad and I want to see him get his happily ever after. Addison gets a chapter from her point of view and I wonder if we are going to see her again. I hope that she and Ella got their happy endings. It wouldn't have hurt if we knew more about Addison. I would like to get a sentence that says that she is happy again. Both her story and Ella's point towards that direction, but with the authors you never know.

About Last Night is a sweet and steamy romance story that I would recommend to everyone who loves books that fall into the In love with their brothers best friend and a good and steamy romance.
