Top Customer Reviews
The author honestly recounts his company's journey. His company zealously focused on customer service as its differentiator, and only gradually realized that its focus on hiring & growing great employees was equally important.
The author also credits a number of other books and authors as sources for the ideas that helped improve his business. This makes "Above the Line" a great introduction to a wider selection of business-management books.
In fact, the author was so persuasive, I just placed orders for five of the books he mentioned, plus a print copy of this book (to give to a colleague).
