This seemed like it was going to be one of the better made Leather I-Pad mini covers I found online. But the case I received might have been a return or an older model because the leather was scratched and stressed in places and looks like it's a couple years old even though it's been only a couple months. I still kept the case because I probably won't have the mini for long. But I would not buy this model again.

I searched and searched to find a case for my ipad mini, which were and are few and far between, because it is a relatively new product. I found this case on Amazon and have to admit that I was skeptical at first, due to the low price for this genuine leather case with the magnetic "sleep feature". I find, however, that I am pleasantly surprised with the quality. The only complaint I have, if you can even call it a complaint, is that I wished the inside were a little softer, tho it is not THAT bad as is and most likely will soften over time. I also wish the case had a built in space for a stylus. Otherwise, the quality and the "fit" were beyond my expectations.

No problems with stitching, everything lines up and the quality is of a higher quality than others that I found at your local retail stores that cost much more. It nicely snaps shut and the mini enters sleep mode automatically. The slot in the back works great to allow the mini to sit up or to hold on to. I would definitely recommend this product.

I work at a library and am a heavy reader, so I use my iPad mini every day. This is my 5th case in a year and it's a keeper. My previous vinyl and Faux leather ones were either flimsy, cheap looking, or they cracked after a couple months of use, so I sprung for leather. This is beautiful leather, substantial feel, with a good fit. It's the closest to reading what feels like a real book. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the leather at the sides of the screen window are a bit thick and it's a little difficult if you have to click on anything at the edge of the screen. Not a deal-breaker for me, I'd buy another.

I love this. It looks great. My only issue is the Ipad has to go inside the "wrong way" in order to use the buttons on one end. If i put it in the way it's designed, it has a small opening for the charger to attach. By doing that, the other end blocks the camera. So i reversed it and it works fine that way. The leather is nice.

The case I got doesn't smell. (lol) Someone wrote a review stating that the case they had received had a weird smell. This wasn't true with my iPad mini case and beyond having no smell the case worked wonderfully well to protect my iPad. I got my case on Christmas eve so that on Christmas I could unwrap my iPad mini and protect it right away with the Acase iPad Mini cover.
