According to its spefication, this player only supports Dolby True HD decoding (5.1Ch). So it doesn't decode blueray movies with True HD 7.1Ch?

Is that a question or a statement ????? If it doesn't say it supports 7.1, then it doesn't. There are very few that do support 7.1 . one I know of is $400.00 and the other 2 are $800.00. Also very few of the bluray movies are in 7.1

The player has built in DTS-HD and master DTS, so your are fine....7.1 capable.
