So that your fingers can easily grasp the keys, push your left hand into the bass strap and your right hand's thumb through the thumb strap. Air valves, bass buttons, and chord buttons will assist in the smooth entry of air into the bellows while also changing the sound. The rhythm is changed with the other seven keys.
