Just rewired my 1990 Clubcar (much better wires than the original) w/ all new batteries.
The charger worked perfectly (left it on overnight - Batteries had sat in the utility room all winter).
Finished charging & showed the "Charged" indicator light in the morning. No acid spills or visible casing issues. Cart runs great!
Great charger with a LOT of safety features, and matches a lot of batteries.
BEFORE YOU USE IT pay close attention to the manufacturer model number and voltage of your batteries. You 'may' have to change dip switches to accommodate your battery. It's default is for the Trojan T105 (which I have 6 installed).
I highly recommend this.

We tried several chargers for our older Club Car golf cart. The ones we tried were much lighter weight, but the green light (showing when it was fully charged) never went on and it was constantly turning on and off with a fan re-cycling. We decided to try the VEVOR charger and could not be happier with its performance! It was easy to set up. We could easily read the meter on the front. AND IT WAS SO QUIET - NO BUZZ/FAN NOISE!
It fully charged the batteries & noted so on the front screen with the full charge light and powered down. Highly recommend this VEVOR battery charger, even though it was a little more costly. We bought this charger for our golf cart. When we received it, it would not charge. The company reached out to me and helped troubleshoot the problem. Turns out the batteries were so dead that it couldn't take the charge. So we individually charged each battery and now we can use the charger we ordered. So thankful to Cheryl the company representative, to steer us in the right direction! Now we can enjoy our golf cart.

Horrible experience! The item came dead out of the box. But before we could send it back, we were told to try this, try that and do this, all of which took time unhooking batteries, charging individually, the running cart up and down in voltage, nothing worked. The when we spoke to someone else they asked what lights were on and tld us it was no good just based on that. So then after doing all the prior, he was going to have one shupped out with a return label for the faulty unit. 3 weeks went buy and we called and the person that I was talking to was not there and going to be out for a while and nobody knew anything about it. So round 2, I went through the process again and it's now been 2 and half weeks from the time they said they were going to re-ship and I just called them and they have no idea what I'm talking about.

It's a good charger for the price, quiet and automatic. I've had it now for over a month. I have two problems with it . My batteries are 2.75 years old and the charger will refuse to charge them if I run them down too far, somewhere past 30% usage. The charger has a test cycle before it starts and if your batteries are not balanced (equally discharged) the charger will not cycle on. My old Lester mechanical charger would charge old batteries even if they were fully depleted. I am concerned that this may require me to purchase new batteries far sooner than I otherwise would have. If you have newer batteries in good shape this should be the perfect charger to have since it will not overchage them.
The second problem is the led indicator lights are next to impossible to see in daylight.
