I bought this for my husband (who is very hard to buy for because he has everything). I hoped he might like it OK. I was surprised when he was actually thrilled with it! He says it is "substantial" and has some heft to it. He played around with it quite a bit, and is convinced it will get someone out of a pinch in the future because there is literally a tool for whatever comes up. He keeps it in the glovebox of his truck, because the size is convenient and the sturdiness will handle multiple emergency situations. When I was watching him try out each tool, I was curious about the scissors and wanted to see for myself. They worked just like any pair of scissors and cut through a file folder like it was thin paper. This would make a great Father's Day item for kids to give their Dad that would be a "winner".
