Good for light use
I purchased this chromebook in 2020 to use for work (3-6 telehealth sessions 4 days per week). Positives: it's light, user-friendly, relatively affordable, simple, and pretty fast. I'm not a technology person at all, but this was very easy for me too navigate for work.After 1 year some negatives: my microphone went out, my speakers make sound distorted or very quiet, then touchscreen doesn't always work, the trackpad is very laggy, and now the hinge has broken. I'm so disappointed. This was perfect for 1 year of daily moderate-heavy use and after hitting that mark, everything is breaking down or falling apart. So disappointed. Maybe this is best for light, infrequent use.
