PS: A bit of advice for anyone buying one: To change the Accuweather Widget on the home screen from Centigrade to Fahrenheit - merely tap at the top center of the widget and a setup screen will open. Tap on the farenheit and then tap on done to save the setting. I hope this saves someone else the time and frustration that I had.
Size & Space & Battery life : I think 16gb is a enough for my preference, plus l already have 32gb sd card from my old tablet. With 16 gb I think I have at least 100+ apps and games on my tablet. Anything else like music, pictures, videos, movies, and documents, I just load to my tablet. Most people would probably used there tablet as a second go-to-device if they don't want to get out there laptop or take it with them anywhere. An 8-inch tablet is very convenient, my last tablet was a 9.7 inch, I have always preferred bigger size tablets....but because I was on a $150 budget and wanted a decent known brand, this was my last resort. When it arrived in the mail, and I unboxed it, it was christmas 3 months early for me. The tablet is very light weight and a very nice grip. But I still bought a case for it, because I don't like my devices to be naked. One other thing I like about this tablet is that, I can transfer in between my internal sd card and my external sd card, without hooking it up to the computer. The battery life on this tablet can is sometimes good and bad, depending on your preferences, like brightness, whether your just watching videos, listening to music, or surfing the web. I don't like to shut off my tablet, just because if I want to get on it really quick to load up a page it will be already on for me to do so. Sometimes before I just turn the screen off and not shut it down to conserve some battery, I'll turn down the brightness, turn off wifi, turn on flight mode, and used the handy new app I downloaded called "Twilight" to dim the screen and with no live wallpaper(BIG BATTERY DRAINER). This for me makes my tablets last for about 8 to 10 hours.
Ports and Sound: Once thing that I really love is that the headphone jack is on the top of tablet which I love because I tend to listen to music alot or watch some youtube videos and I like to have sitting in my lap and when the headphone jack sticks out from the bottom, pressing against my stomach, I am afraid...from repeated bending, the headphones won't last that long or will stop working. So, I suggest you buy bluetooth headphones. Preferably kinivo or soundbot. half of the reason I gave it a 4-star was because it did not have a build in hdmi port. So and in the next few, I am planning on buying a google chromecast for this issue. Sound quality on this thing is horrible...if you play it out loud, the sound is muffled and fluctuates from high to low. If you put in headphones, the sound is somewhere between decent and excellent depending on the type of music you listen to. So, most of the time I am using my Jam plus Bluetooth Speaker.
Display(Camera, Video Playback): Display on the device is great, it is not the highest resolution, it is decent. Tablet responds to touch very smoothly. At times it there may be a tiny bit of lag. But nothing to worry about. There is one issue that I have been having, and this is when the screen sometimes becomes unresponsive tap the power button to turn off the screen and turn it back on and it is fine. Now.. I don't mean shutdown the tablet...just turn off the screen. Video playback on this tablet is great, especially, when playing videos through the browser, my past coby tablet was horrible at this.
Other Opinions: I really love that I have the Google play store now...I am able to get apps that I did not have the chance of experiencing with my last tablet. I love that downloading apps and games is lightning fast, unless it is some game like Real Racing 3d that takes a gig of space. I also use my soundbot sb40 bluetooth headphone with it and they connected easy and fast., Same with my Jam plus bluetooth Speaker. Below I uploaded an image of my tablet.
