Top customer reviews
Initially I had this at 4 stars: Today the weld that holds the threaded piece to the bowl broke. Looks like it'll take a bit more engineering to make Mom (and the birds) happy :-(
It was packed well, assembles in just a few minutes and holds just over a liter of water.
It is very shiny, we will update if that changes drastically.
It looks more expensive than it was (appearance of good value).
It comes in three pieces, the bottom "h" section, a straight support rod section and the copper bowl section.
The parts screw together securely and fit without any noticeable slop in the threaded connections.
The bowl was delivered with a slight, but noticeable, saddle to the rim, i.e. when laid top down on the rim there was approximately 1/4" difference from front to back vs. from side to side. Think of a taco but almost flat.
I was able to true the rim out with just pressure from my hands so I didn't mark down the rating.

I called their customer service department who had not a single solution to the problem. They told me to send it back but they would not give me a return ship pre-paid label nor would they reimburse me for my shipping. This was a totally unusable product and the representative said it wasn't their fault........but it was their product and they did sell it showing it with their stand.
