A case study in customer service

I had to contact Bronson's customer service and had an excellent experience. The one originally shipped expired in 12/16 however it was already way past and turned color. They were concerned about shipping another expired container and collected the product information with pictures and said they will inspect that lot. I received the replacement today that expires in 10/17. There is very little to no color compared to the other one, which I dumped in the toilet and it turned the water brown. It took about four weeks to receive the replacement. I will probably order more product from Bronson. It's great to know there are companies out there that keep their consumer's interests as a top priority.
