On the negative side, they were just a tad narrow for my small, but wide feet. My toes felt a bit cramped. But the real problem for me was that I was expecting substantial cushioning from an Acorn slipper, and it just wasn't there. I need some arch support, and these had none. Also, our kitchen floor is ceramic tile and pretty hard to stand on for long periods. I could feel the floor right through these, even with the rubber soles. Unfortunately, I will be returning them.
UPDATED REVIEW! I am revisiting my review after wearing my slippers for several weeks. They stretched out so much that i cannot wear them without walking on the sides, and out of them. I ordered a size smaller, and though they were fitting like shoes yesterday, after wearing them all day, they have loosened up to a slipper. So I would have to say that they do run big, if you are at the LOW end of a size . I wear a size 8 shoe and the 7 1/2 slipper fits perfectly. I love them, but they are not true to size after all. I cannot imagine a size 6 1/2 waring the medium without falling out of it. I wear an 8, and fell out of the 8-9 after several weeks of wearing them.LOWER RATING ONLY BECAUSE THEY RUN LARGE , and you dont know how they will fit until you try them, which does cost money.I gave mine big ones to a friend , so i dont feel so bad about the cost.
After reading reviews about how these slippers run large, I ordered the 6.5-7.5. They are definitely too small! Have to pay $4.98 to return them. After reading more reviews, I was surprised to see so many varying opinions with regard to size. Just differing opinions or does the sizing actually vary?
Well, I'll either order a clog-style (where fit isn't so critical) or perhaps go to a shoe store, not up to trying for another pair of the same.
