I loaded an olympic bar and started my sets. I loaded 155 and after mr reps I noticed that the "Arm Blaster" bent around the curvature of my torso significantly. It's completely flexible and terrible at doing it's only job, which is to provide stability on your elbows.
DO NOT BUY if you want something that actually works
In the long run it, it still does not stop you from bad form, such as swinging weight up with your hips. I'll keep trying to make use of it since I dropped the money already, and the product is not defective. If I had it tried it before purchase I would not own it. I would instead just use lower weights until I could maintain proper form on my own, then move up to higher weights. If you have a preacher curl bench, your get much more use and comfort from that.
For those who have and love this, I don't argue that used correctly, there are benefits, it's just not an essential piece of equipment.
