It does what it supposed to and does it very well. The fit was perfect on a 2012 Honda CIVIC, as a matter of fact it looks and feels like an upgrade. Installation was easy with basic tools. I really liked the "piggyback" fuse block power connector witch saves cutting or splicing the factory wires.
The display is bright enough during the day and the mirror is not too dark, even at night.

So far the new rearview mirror is working great. I like the fact that the mirror is a darker tint than the stock and has an anti-glare component; it is easier on the eyes in daytime and helps a LOT at night. I have light-sensitive eyes and would always have to flip the mirror to keep from being blinded, but then you can't really see very well out of the mirror. The auto-adjusting brightness seems to work pretty good; it is visible in midsummer sunshine but not glaring at night. I really didn't want to add any monitors to my dash and this worked out great. In case anyone else is considering this and wondering about delay, it takes only a second once you put the car into reverse for the camera to come on and the monitor to start up (I have my reverse camera tied into the power for the reverse light).

I am in the process of installing x2 CCD cameras on the rear bumper of my car. I tested it with wireless connection, and so far one channel is receiving good image but if I were to input x2 inputs at the same frequency, I'm afraid that the images would be superimposed. I'd have to come up with an isolation method.

The mirror itself is identical to the OEM mirror (2004 Acura TL), but it is made in China so long-term quality is questionable. I will add a follow-up review once installed.

UPDATE (10/28/16 EST): I was afraid of losing OEM's auto-dimmer function, but this mirror is dark enough at night for most situations (daytime visibility is no problem). The only time I miss the dimmer is when stupid trucks & SUV's come beind me. The image resolution is good. The carema images get blur (I've installed x3 cameras; L-C-R and the wireless transmitter intereferes with the image so I had to hard-wire all 3 cameras).

This seems to be a high quality monitor mirror. The image quality with the camera I am using is very good with good contrast and colour.
The hardest part of the install was locating a source of ignition power in the right side kick panel. A good design detail is the slim all-in-one connector on the video and power cable. No more rear door blind spot! Happy.
