Macro Coupler Rings allow you to couple two lenses front end to front end. That combination makes a great macro lens at a fraction of the cost. If you have two different diameter lenses, then the combination of a Macro Coupler and a Step-Up or Step-Down ring will do the job.

Way it works is you take a regular lens (with 52 mm thread)and mount on your camera body. Screw this adapter onto the end of that lens..Then get another lens with 52mm thread.(wide angle lens works best).A cheap, older manual focus lens works great! Then you turn the lens around so the front of the lens is facing the camera body and just screw it onto the adapter. Make sure you set the lens aperture to wide open first. Thats it!
the product itself is well made. Very sturdy and the threading is perfect. Easy to screw on and off. Can't go wrong with this purchase.
diameter. When I received the 52-52 I was able to connect lens back to back. I still needed the 62-52 to reduce. The 52mm-52mm did the job.
Removal is easy enough if you have a thicker rubber band, but this is still indicative of lower quality materials.
Appears to be made of steel, whereas higher quality components would be made of brass (softer metal).
