THE book for all who wish to build castles in the ADND world. With complete instructions for building your castle from the conception stage to the random encounters whilst building it. This is old school AD & D 2nd edition stuff, the 2nd edition was the greatest edition ever. If you want to play hardcore, and fun Dungeons and Dragons, build your own castles, or build your own campaigns, this is a great book for your collection.

i read this thing from front to back...we started playing again 4 months ago and the players want to rework a keep they took over..this book really does not address the needs of my players. It has filler content for the local inhabitants and the socal orders, yet lacks how to repair and maintain a castle. The Origional DM guide actually has more information than this book although it does have some decent information ..im not sure that i can justify this book .

Great sites and NPCs that you can drop into any campaign. Good for jump-starting the DM's creativity!
