Oh boy, was I wrong.
It certainly wasn't my favorite of the series, but it left me feeling satisfied. I followed Lia to the ends of her world and I have no regrets about it! I was THRILLED when we went back to Aeralis...no offense Kate, but I don't think I would have been able to survive another book situated primarily in the Frost and/or Echlos in either time period. Aeralis is dark and dirty and interesting! I only wish I could have learned more about the Ancient Ones time there before the city was built on top of their tunnels and caves.
I could have done without the Epilogue on the Weaver's life. Personally, I think it belittled Lia's connection with Adam. All in all, great end to a terrific series!
