I loved the introduction and how to use the affirmations

This book resonated deeply. I loved the introduction and how to use the affirmations. I recorded them and listened to them daily. They buffer all the negative stuff I have internalised about my parenting. What Zhana writes about Nonviolent communication (NVC) is pertinent and supportive. I particularly liked the 4 bullet points about 'needs'. Buy this book for all the parents in your life, as a supporting tool.
