When I was growing up, the only way I could learn to fix my hair was to carefully watch my hairstylist and attempt to mimic her methods on my own. With the release of ebooks, it’s been increasingly easy to find books that not only help me learn to style my hair, but also give me information on how to encourage my hair to cooperate. When I stumbled across this book, I was very excited to see what advice they had to offer.

From understanding the general reasons why hair becomes brittle to learning what ingredients to look for in shampoos, or even creating your own natural shampoo, this book gives you every piece of information you need to maintain healthy hair. I see now what I’ve done wrong in the past and am looking forward to trying out the suggestions that this author provides. I honestly had no idea that there was so much information out there on the topic! This author manages to combine it all in one easy to read book.
