I don't know a lot about violets - I have one plant that was given to me by a dear friend several years ago and it was beautiful, until it wasn't. It stopped flowering and all the leaves have been yellow and droopy no matter how much water or not I gave it, or what window I put it in or not. I tried regular plant food but I didn't realize (and I totally should have) fast enough that they need something special. I got this and have been adding it to my weekly waterings and the leaves are super green and the plant looks healthy again! It took about 2 months but it definitely looks back on track. No flowers yet but I feel like it will be soon. This completely turned the plant around fairly fast.

I love this product. I have tried other brands and they have directions " so many drops per pint of water." Well, with just one African Violet, a pint of water is not needed. This African Violet liquid fertilizer is one teaspoon per cup. So easy to measure and then let the plant "sit" in the cup of liquid as the roots absorb the perfect amount. Easy and fun to keep your plant growing and blooming at its best.

I've only had this product for about a month. Both of my violets bloomed soon after using this. But, that may be a coincidence. So far, I am pleased with this product. My violets bloom almost continuously and I have been looking for a good fertilizer. This seems to fit the bill! I have the self watering type pots so I just squeeze a few drops of this into the water reservoir it is certainly convenient!
