Intriguing story with potential

The concept for the story is intriguing and I agree with Dan that there is potential.

I'd really like to see this story developed further, with more installments. It feels terrible to review with three stars because I don't usually let spelling and grammar get to me especially if it's a good story. But it did detract from the story in this case.

I hope though that the author is able to build an audience and engage them as suggested at the end. It's worth following through.

What a story! The idea is thought provoking and serious, with comical touch- the chair incident. I think Stephen was given reasonable choices, considering... And the cliffhanger? Priceless.

Needs a bit of editing but a great story!

I don’t like to sound negative in any review, however, on this occasion this piece of writing leaves me with no choice. I have seen other reviews state that this work needs editing, in my opinion, I think this work needs A LOT OF EDITING. In fact, due to the numerous (and obvious) errors in spelling, grammar and punctuation, I can’t believe that before publication the author even bothered re-reading what they had written, let alone anyone allowing anyone else to glance over it.

Independent and self-published books are often, and unfairly in my opinion, looked down upon as being inferior works of fiction, the writing is viewed to be of a poor quality. Unfortunately, this piece of writing only reinforces the view that anyone, even those without any ability, can get published on Amazon.

On a slightly more positive note, I do think the premise of the story has potential, it’s just a shame the standard of writing lets it down.

This writer is in such a hurry that he doesn't bother with punctuation, grammar, syntax or any of the other things a reader would at least expect from a published article. If there was any writing ability it might, possibly, be forgiven. However, the talent isn't there. I'm not sure if it's down to delusion or ego. Either way, it's crap! Do I have to give it a star?
