Having waded through two chapters of this book and still not found any meat, I'm forced to the conclusion that it's just a random collection of articles by academics who have no real understanding of software development techniques and processes, and who simply rehash what they've extracted from their references in random (and mind-numbing) order. If you want to understand agile software development or quality issues relating to the same, look elsewhere.
