The vast majority of recipes are about 5 lines long, and one of those lines is invariably "serve and enjoy!" or "when done, serve immediately!" The rest of the instructions are unclear. For example, a recipe for rice with cheese instructs you to add onion and rice to the air fryer pot but doesn't specify if they mean raw rice or cooked. Then later the instructions say to mix a bunch of other ingredients, but it never tells you to add those ingredients to the air fryer or the dish.
One recipe says if you're diet conscious, the best recipe is one with sesame oil, white rice, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. I'm not sure what kind of diet that is, but if that's the best recipe you can find for your diet, good luck to you.
Their nutritional information is WAY off. A recipe for beef with soy sauce that serves three calls for 1 lb of beef, among other things, then claims to have only 90 calories. Sorry, but 1/3 lb of beef has much more than 90 calories.
This is the worst cookbook I've ever read. If someone named Heather Perkins actually wrote it I will eat my hat. And the excessive use of exclamation points is over the top (!!!!!!!!!)
