These bears are soft and chewy, not hard(ish) like some lesser bears. The flavors are quite tasty, and you don't have to try and guess what flavor the colored bear is supposed to represent. E.G. the pink ones taste like pink grapefruit.
Most Gummi Bear assortments have maybe half a dozen flavors. Haribo has 5 different flavors in their standard retail assortment. These Bears come in 12 different flavors to keep the assortment interesting.
