I had just completed my 4th Abraham Hicks seminar in Phoenix (Dec 2019) and after reading their work for many years and having an epic experience at the seminar, I wanted something to follow up on. This is a very simple yet profoundly effective version of Abraham and experiences I can personally relate to as I struggled with so many health issues for so many years that never resolved themselves through medical intervention, supplements, dietary restrictions, cleanses, etc. But truly paying attention to how I feel in any given moment has been the start of my new process to healing. When I don’t feel well emotionally, it shows up for me physically. EVERY TIME!! I really enjoyed this book....easy read. I do however feel that we would all benefit from the work directly from Abraham by attending a Law Of Attraction Seminar. They are mind blowing .

The health issues she mentions can be due to gluten. Fix the gluten issue which may hurt the gut lining/intestines so less nutrients absorb and then the brain/body/personality etc may heal fast. No gluten/dairy/soy/sugar/GMO/food with a label..taking vitamins/good oils/minerals....probiotic..LDN..detoxing may help. I was sad to read a book when the truth was missing. The root cause needs to be fixed. Gluten issues maybe due to low sunlight heritage or current low sunlight/Vit D which may cause the body to attack itself and cause many health issues. People can heal. No Grain no Pain book explains more. I also was on a journey like hers, but eventually figured out about gluten. I stopped dairy 10 years before gluten which was harder to figure out. Gluten is wheat/barley/rye..oats/corn/rice. Rice is low in gluten. Grain free for people/pets may help them thrive.

Powerful, Memorable, and Easily Applied

Farnaz Afshar explains her journey from illness to happiness and being an architect in creating a better life and a healthy body. Her summary of the Law of Attraction is well done and concise. I am able to take what she is explaining and immediately implement into my thoughts and emotions. She has a gift of speaking to the heart and not being preachy. The most striking aspect of the book is the way nothing is over-explained and yet is powerful, memorable, and easily applied . The exercises for bringing more happiness and appreciation into one's life are excellent- easy and impactful.

The one con I noted was the redundancy of the phrase that was something like, "at that point" in the first part of the book distracted me a bit. However, after the part about her history with illness everything flowed well without redundant expressions.

Like the author I have tried methods for healing such as the healing code to change my thoughts. It seems to work for a lot of people and although I have seen many benefits it did not heal me. What I have learned from Farnaz is that it cannot be just a thought exercise it has to be part of your emotions and soul to change. Some people using these other methods probably integrated the practice with thoughts and emotions but I am particularly resistant and needed Farnaz's book to get me further down my path of health and joy.

She is talking to you about her life and experience and things she went through so beautifully you just think to yourself how simple it is to change your life. I never understood Abraham Teaching and the Law Of Attraction until I read this book.I recommend it to everyone.
