Why would you open a bottle any other way?

Is it the most practical bottle opener I've ever used? Hardly. But you wouldn't buy a Hand of the King bottle opener for practical reasons. You'd buy it to look like a stud, and to that effect, this purchase has lived up to the hype. I sometimes find myself walking around the house with it in my hand, despite no intention of opening a beer in the foreseeable future. There's just something soothing about the way it feels in your hand, as you stare absentmindedly out the window, imagining that you are gazing out upon the Blackwater Rush.

It's also magnetic, which is nice bonus.

Broke after opening 15 bottles

It seemed perfect when it first arrived (just in time for a Christmas stocking stuffer). We put it up on our fridge immediately. We're not big beer drinkers (I'm a wine-oh, he's a rum-and-coke) so it took until March to break, but it only opened maybe 15 bottles? Would not recommend buying this brand; try the others!!

This lasted about a year being used occasionally to open a bottle. The little nib that hooks under the edge of the bottle cap broke off, which is kind of key for this to function properly. The bottle opener is fun and looks very good, but without that functionality, this is just a normal hand of the queen pin that doesn't pin onto anything, looks a little off, and has a giant hole in the middle.
