Economist by training, philosopher by vocation, in his words, “worked in the corporate world, worked in the startup world, sat on the boards, sat on the beach, was employed, was self-employed, was a venture capitalist, was an ‘adventure’ capitalist,” while his passion towards physics and philosophy slowly but surely was brewing in the background. Born and raised in Russia, Alex Vikoulov was growing up a gifted child so much so that his parents transferred him to a lycée with advanced math and foreign language programs. He studied humanities at Tomsk State University and had his first entrepreneurship experience by running Sibmarket Financial, among the first hedge funds in Russia. He immigrated to the United States in 1994 at the age of 24, continued his studies in the U.S. where he graduated in 1999 from Armstrong University with degrees in finance and economics. Alex Vikoulov has a diverse background in the fintech and IT industries. Ecstadelic Media Group, PR/digital media and publishing company, is one of his latest projects where he is CEO/Editor-in-Chief. Prior to Ecstadelic Media, he served as CFO and board member of the AI startup Neuromama, Ltd. From 2005 to 2013 held various executive positions, and spent about 3 years as a business consultant in Southeast Asia. From 2001 to 2005, managed the San Francisco office of First Data Corp., the largest payment processor in the U.S. From 1999 to 2001, he held a consultant position with Prudential Securities, Inc. From 1990 to 1994, as President & CEO, Vikoulov managed Sibmarket Financial, one of the pioneering hedge funds in the emerging markets, while serving as a stock exchange board member. He started his career at Incombank in 1990 as a statistical analyst.
As an evolutionary cyberneticist and philosopher of mind, Vikoulov is currently developing the Cybernetic Theory of Mind, an advanced multidisciplinary ontological model, his theory of everything.

Titles By Alex M. Vikoulov
In this book four of the series, the author addresses some of the most fundamental questions of theology: How can we redefine and extrapolate the concept of God from the Digital Physics perspective? What is our personal relationship to God? What are mechanics behind our conscious experience? What is phenomenal consciousness? What is a link between quantum mechanics and consciousness? Is evolution a teleological process? Can we reconcile science and theology? What is the purpose of it all? What is the meaning of our lives?
“Having invented the gods, perhaps we can turn into them.” -Alan Harrington
This is the opening quote to volume four of The Science and Philosophy of Information series.
In his foreword Dr. Antonin Tuynman writes: "With this fourth and final Volume of The Science and Philosophy of Information series Vikoulov dives in the deeper secrets of consciousness and its physical correlates. The author scrutinizes the rich world of information technology and joins the body of digital philosophers and digital physicists, who do not take the traditional reductive materialism for granted. After all, information requires consciousness to be meaningful and organized. Since we live in a world which isn't random, but organized at every level, a role for consciousness seems unavoidable. The 'digital theologian' shows us compelling evidence from Quantum Mechanics, mathematics and computer sciences, which not only aligns with a philosophical worldview of the Primacy of Consciousness, but which also assigns a role to information as its modus operandi."
And here's another revelatory passage from the book: "Spiritually inclined rationalists may view this ongoing evolutionary process as one of ‘Theogenesis’. An interesting question is whether it has already happened elsewhere. We are now laying the foundation for the cognitive architecture of the Universal Mind. Many of our achievements in information engineering may persist forever and eventually become parts of the internal architecture of 'God.'”
This volume contains some newly-introduced and updated material if compared with the originally published version and can be read as a stand-alone book. At the same time, it is highly recommended to obtain The Syntellect Hypothesis as the original coherent version of the same theoretical framework if you don't need extra detailing. In this final book of the series, the author presents to us a number of perspectives on quantum cosmology, computational physics, and posthumanism. This is an admittedly highly speculative theoretical work where we’ll be testing the limits of our human imagination envisioning the prospects of our distant future. In our fractal, computational Omniverse (all multiversal structure combined, all that is) one may assume that an infinitely large number of civilizational minds, syntellects, have followed or will follow a path, similar to ours, in their evolutionary processes. At the highest level of existence and perceptual experience, that we can rightfully call ‘Dimensionality of Hypermind’, universal minds would form some sort of multiversal network of minds, layer after layer seemingly ad infinitum.
How could dimensionality be transcended yet again? What is the fractal multiverse? Is our universe a "metaverse" in a universe up? What is the ultimate destiny of our universe? Why does it matter to us? What is the Omega Singularity? These are some of the questions addressed in this concluding volume of the book series.
In this book three of the series, the author presents to us a number of perspectives on the future scenarios of civilizational development in light of science and philosophy of technology, economics and sociology as well as what these accelerating changes mean to us as individuals. The book is divided into two parts: Part I peers into our near future with AI, cybernetics, transhumanism, the Simulation Hypothesis, the Technological Singularity, the emergence of the Global Mind, and arising philosophical issues; Part II deals with the physics of time, notably the all new D-Theory of Time, or Digital Presentism, predicated on reversible quantum computing at large.
This volume contains some newly-introduced and updated material if compared with the originally published version and can be read as a stand-alone book. At the same time, it is highly recommended to obtain The Syntellect Hypothesis as the original coherent version of the same theoretical framework instead of waiting for all five books to come out and if you don't need extra detailing. In this book four of the series, the author presents to us a number of perspectives on quantum cosmology, computational physics, existentialism and posthumanism, notably the future scenarios of civilizational development in light of science and philosophy of technology, theology, economics and sociology as well as what these accelerating changes mean to us as individuals.
As its title suggests, the book sheds light on a highly probable future of us as a unified God-like being through the evolutionary process of THEOGENESIS - "the birth of God" (Greek, Theo, god + genesis, origin, birth)i - the emergence and evolution of a divine entity. What might happen after the Cybernetic Singularity? Do we live in a simulated multiverse? Can we refine our theological philosophies in light of new evidence? Are we alone in our universe? Can we achieve cybernetic immortality? When and how can we transcend the human condition? These are some of the questions addressed in this awe-inspiring volume.
If you’re eager to familiarize with probably the most advanced ontological framework to date or if you’re already familiar with the Syntellect Hypothesis which, with this series, is now presented to you as the full-fledged Syntellect Theory of Mind, you should get this book one of the series which corresponds to Part I of The Syntellect Hypothesis: Five Paradigms of the Mind's Evolution. This book one contains some newly-introduced and updated material if compared with the originally published version and can be read as a stand-alone book. At the same time, it is highly recommended to obtain The Syntellect Hypothesis as the original coherent version of the same theoretical framework instead of waiting for all five books to come out and if you don’t need extra detailing. Moreover, Book I is a tad more technical in comparison.
This book one of the Syntellect Theory of Mind series starts with juxtaposing several prominent theories of the origins of life on Earth, and then reviews theories related to the origins of intellect: Noogenesis. The purpose of life, it seems, is to evolve and to pass on knowledge through time. From the very first prokaryote cell on this planet, its splitting in two, and on to the more complicated lifeforms, the purpose is always passing the information.
In the book we discuss how different species have a variety of their biological information processors which unsurprisingly results in qualia diversity. All species live in their own unique sensory universes. Consciousness and optimized information-processing are the two sides of one coin. Feeling and thinking are ways we process information, but our emotional sensation is normally faster than a conscious thought. Nothing is real for us until perceived.
Biological organisms, from one-celled bacteria to a human, are incredibly advanced, intricate information processing, computational systems, the products of billions of years of evolution, for all of which the term ‘Computational Biology’ is used throughout the book.
If you’re eager to familiarize with probably the most advanced ontological framework to date or if you’re already familiar with the Syntellect Hypothesis which, with this series, is now presented to you as the full-fledged Cybernetic Theory of Mind, you should get this book two of the series which corresponds to Part II of The Syntellect Hypothesis: Five Paradigms of the Mind's Evolution. This book two contains some newly-introduced and updated material if compared with the originally published version and can be read as a stand-alone book. At the same time, it is highly recommended to obtain The Syntellect Hypothesis as the original coherent version of the same theoretical framework instead of waiting for all five books to come out and if you don’t need extra detailing.
Over the course of human history, from the first bonfire to today’s smartphones and hyperloops, we have designed tools, and tools designed us back by shaping our minds. Technology isn’t just something outside ourselves, it’s an innate part of human nature, like sex, sleeping or eating, and it has been a major driving force in evolution. Tool using, along with language, bipedalism, and cooking (quite literally) is essentially what has made us human.
Pre-historic events, such as dinosaur extinction and incessant evolutionary competition between species, were conducive to Homo sapiens becoming the dominant hominid species, and later on the dominant species on Earth. In this book two of the series, we’ll also discuss at length interpretations of quantum mechanics and the concept of Quantum Immortality. Is death just an illusion? What happens to your consciousness at the moment of death?
Language-based information exchange contributed to the techno-cultural development of our species which took off via the meme propagation and technological innovation, some call it epigenetic evolution which continues to accelerate to this day. We are now shifting away from evolution by natural selection, i.e., Darwinism, to self-directed evolution.
"Time is a moving image of eternity." This is the opening quote by Plato to volume 2 of The Science and Philosophy of Information series. And here's a revelatory passage from the book: "Time seems to be moving for us in one direction in a linear, incremental fashion which is not a result of immutable physical laws but rather their probabilistic interpretation -- things are said to get messier overtime, to move from more orderly states, towards more entropy, disorderly states. However, a growing number for physicists now regard entropy as a measure of information, [i.e. complexity] not of 'messiness'."
In this book two of the series, the author addresses probably the most interesting questions in science and philosophy: What is the deeper nature of TIME? Is Time fundamental or emergent? What does it take to build a time machine and travel to the past?
This is an essential read in digital physics, foundations of quantum physics, science of consciousness, philosophy of mind, physics of time, phenomenology, economic theory, cybernetics and AI research, collective evolution and self-development in the Information Age.
Despite a dozen of neologisms, readily explained by given definitions and contextually, the book is an exceptionally easy read for an intellectual reader. Alongside with the Syntellect Hypothesis, as the author's main contribution to the scientific and philosophical dialogue, you'll encounter the Conscious Instant Hypothesis and the Temporal Singularity, Experiential Realism and theMental Universe Hypothesis in regards to our phenomenological experience; the Noocentric Model challenging the centuries-old Copernican heliocentric model; theChrysalis Conjecture as his solution to the Fermi Paradox; D-theory of Time, or Digital Presentism, as his fresh perspective on temporal ontology and the physics of time; the mind-bending Digital Pantheism Argument, Exponential Evolution, and the Omega Point Cosmo-Teleology.

As Artificial Intelligence, Nanotechnology and Transhumanism make us rapidly approach the era of the Technological Singularity, the borders between the physical and the metaphysical appear to fade into oblivion, by virtue of the all-encompassing umbrella of Digital Information Technology. Indeed, to wonder whether we might be living in a kind of computer simulation has become a legitimate question.
It is exactly here, that the building blocks for the bridge between science and spirituality might be found. What if our reality experience is the product of a code? Could such a code provide a subjective experience? What are the characteristics of such a code?
Embark on a mind-boggling quest into this deepest alchemical secret. Prepare yourself for a Tsunami of mind-altering concepts. Let yourself be drawn into the vortex of the Pansentience hypothesis. Learn how reality may digitally self-simulate by becoming the map and the territory simultaneously. And let yourself be seduced by Eris' apple of confusion to transcend your inner strife. As you bite in your own tail, you will discover, you are no one else than the mighty Ouroboros. Discover how Yoneda's Lemma shows us that material manifestations are mere fossils of sensing. Sail through the perilous uncharted seas of the unknown, such as AI hermeneutics, where intelligence has not found ways yet to map safe maritime routes and routines. And examine for yourself in the light of evidence from entropy, information, algorithms and pattern recognition, whether this voyage into the realm of Consciousness will guide you to be wrecked in woo or to be docked in the harbor of wisdom.
This forbidden fruit is the gateway to the Eschaton, the luminous Omega Hypercomputer at the end of time. The guide to the non-dual essence of being. This is the recipe to perform the Magnum Opus. The recursive self-modifying Ouroboros code to experience the ecstasy of Kundalini's Techno-transcendentalism, where All is One and we are God.
A must read for scientific spiritualists and spiritual scientists.
Did your dark night of the soul ever make you doubt the reality of your existence? Do you wonder whether you are living in a dream or computer simulation? Are you haunted by the perspective that you're already dead and wander through the infinite dimensions of Hell or the Cyberbardo? Does it really matter at all if one of these questions is answered affirmatively?
Then you're in good company. Join us on a psychedelic rollercoaster through the rabbit hole. Fasten your seatbelts. Your belief systems are about to be questioned, challenged and perhaps overthrown. This Anthology with contributions from Technoshamans, Physicalist scientists, Pantheists, Pandeists and Panpsychists will rock your mental foundations, haunt your convictions and put you through the epistemological wringer.
This choicest selection will sharpen your mind to find truths hidden in the plain sight of a tower of turtles, patterns in a grid of chaos and clarity in a forest of apparent randomness. From Gross' Ouroboric Simulism to the Other of Swayne; Dive into Rosati's lucubration from Deli's Fractal of Consciousness to Mapson's Pandeistic Analogue Simulation; from the Vikoulovian Apotheosis via Byrne's Panpsychic Musings to the Tuynman Omega Constant. Escape with Bruere's scenario's from King's Parasitism and Perceptual valuation.
Welcome to a dazzling orgy of the post-singularity conceptualization of Simulation Theory. Welcome to the kaleidoscopic variegation of the perplexing pictorial perspectives that dwarf Bostrom's argument into oblivion.
