I don't normally have cord tangling issues, but my most recently purchased headset came with a near 10 foot long cord that loves to tangle very quickly. With seemingly no movement at all after untangling, it's all wound back up again. The rest of my cables are fine. I'm not sure what's different about this one, but this thing solved the problem perfectly.
It's a tad tedious to put on. I thought I might get lucky and slip one end of the headphone cord down the tubing, but the texture of both kinda makes it stick and snag, so I had no such luck. The edge of this thing is a little abrasive against the fingers while you're working it in, but I got it on in about 10 minutes or so. Well worth the 10 minutes. Everything is perfect now.
