I had used Alfred camera system, using old and retired cell phone, specifically a mix of apple and android devices. They worked great until something popped up on the screen, needing me to address the notification. And this ALWAYS Happened when I was on work travel. I bought three of these, two were to replace cell phone cameras and one was a newly placed camera. I now have a 180 degree view where it was difficult to place the cell phones with the same view. They are also waterproof. Very easy to mount with screws or a very sticky pad, both included, along with zip ties for the cables. I waited until a few bad snow storms here before posting a review. We have had two snow storms and last night was an ice storm. I have had zero issues with them working in bad weather, freezing temps and at night on low light mode. Best part is that I can add cell phones to this set up as well, as I still have one cell phone that I need to keep active. The app is also so simple and the pro plan is ridiculously inexpensive.

Security without getting robbed
I used the free version for years and upgraded to the paid version when they came out with these cameras. Paired with a bunch of cheap tablets I can view multiple screens at once. I have 15 of these cameras over two properties attached to my account and it gives me great peace of mind when I have to away from home. Two way communication, alarms and auto event recording.
