I bought all 3 copies from Amazon, two excellent copies and the other copy that I bought from a seller that wasn't good. "The Nightmare" is a classic and it's worth every penny, nickel, dime and dollar!!!!! I saw this on TV when I was 17 in 1975. To me, it was like horror (Vincent Price) and comedy (Alice Cooper) together. The videos in "The Nightmare" were great. "Welcome to my Nightmare" was the first song. A great introduction to a great video. "Devil's Food" was a little scary at the time, but great. "Some Folks" was done Broadway style. "Only Women Bleed" (with now-wife Sheryl) was wonderful - Sheryl did such a fantastic job with her ballet! If you've never seen ballet before, it made my heart melt the way Sheryl danced. Sheryl kept "in tune" with the song very well. "Cold Ethyl" was an excellent song/video with Alice and Linda Googh. Linda came out of a freezer and was dressed in a beautiful white outfit (like a teddy) with different-colored sequens and white feathers, white hose and shoes. It couldn't have been better. "The Black Widow" with Vincent Price and Alice was priceless.
The others: "Years Ago" was a sad song done by Alice. "Department of Youth" was a fantastic song/video. "Years ago" (reprise) was also great! "Steven" was GREAT! "The Awakening", "Ballad of Dwight Fry" (from the "Love it to Death" LP fit VERY WELL into "The Nightmare"), "Escape" and "The Awakening" (reprise) were ALL equally well done. These three videos of mine will alway be cherished. If you are an Alice Cooper fan, and you have never seen this, please get it. You won't regret it. The rating is only five stars. I would give it more.
