I am not a science fiction kind of person; double not, I don't exactly relate to those whose interest is driven by logic, science and physics (!). I love reading, so my friend suggested I read Bennette's book about aliens/UFOs; why? for goodness sake, I wondered. Well, I was surprised, I really enjoyed the book and would have missed it if my friend had not suggested it to me. The book I suggested for her was

, very different indeed.
I found the book to be thought provoking, even though I admit I began with a closed mind...mostly. There is no evidence of aliens on earth nor UFOs, so where does the author go with this subject matter? He had me early into the book with his discussion on the discoveries of the great pyramids. Since he had me hooked, I found his numbers-logic-physics- explanation the most food for thought. Wow! Nice surprise for me.
For me, his logic and thoughts that made sense included The Almighty, the reality that Earth is but a microscopic spec in the scheme of the Universe and as he continues to write, the Earth is a tiny corner of the "whole" of things...facts I easily accept. Somehow, my logic and his science and physics logic came together in my mind. Thank you for the thought provoking book that ended with me making sense of it all! My next discussion on the topic will be enhanced with a more educated input.

This is a short and sweet discussion on the physics of space travel, the existence of aliens and rational explanations for extraterrestrial phenomena.
The author is a thoughtful writer and has interesting and well reasoned ideas. I find science fascinating and this is what has been brought to the table in this book. My only gripe is that I wish there was more of it as I was really getting into it.
