This computer is noisy, almost to the point that you think something's wrong! It's not completely loud, but loud enough considering technology today. The Windows 10 is not activated, so you call to GET OUTSOURCED TO INDIA TO SPEAK TO A GUY NAMED CARLOS IN INDIA! They give you the run around until you have to ship the product back to them to work their magic??? lol This i did today, NOW i have to wait 5 WHOLE DAYS WITH THE HOPE that they will even fix it! This machine is SLOOOOOOOOOOOW Loading and can't run many games in 1080, forcing you to upgrade,.. Nice try!! That's almost too much for what isn't that great of a console PC! I feel cheated.

So far so good. Fast boot-up. I was a little skeptical about purchasing a smaller computer but this one seems to be doing just fine. I would give it a 5 star rating but I thought that it would be a little more "over-the-edge" being from a company like Alienware (Dell), but it is not. You get an Alienware banner across your screen during boot-up and you can change the color of the Alien head and the triangle on the corner of the housing, that's it. No cool screen savers or desktop backgrounds included on the computer. The only game I have played is Minecraft, and it works great. It is fast.

It's my fault but I assumed it supported dual monitors but the two HDMI ports are not for dual monitors--one is HDMI in and the other is out. However, you can get a USB to HDMI converter and enjoy two monitors flawlessly.

It was surprisingly choppy when it comes to performance.

I added 8gbs of mem and swapped out for an SSD drive.

This is by far the easiest computer I've ever worked on. So upgrading the drive and memory was really simple.

It's now fantastic and I couldn't be happoer.

Great little machine! takes a while to get all the windows updates and current video drivers downloaded and installed. But it's a fast little bugger! I highly recomend getting an extra 4gb of ram for it though. helps out a ton. puts out very little heat. opening it up to upgrade the ram is a little tricky. be gentle. but I can run FFXIV on maximum at 720p and maintain no less than 30fps. great budget computer. great space saver.

I ordered this as a replacement for my old gaming computer because it was more cost efficient than purchasing a new graphics card. I received the package, which comes with the computer, a keyboard, a mouse, a power cord, and an HDMI extension cord. I set up the computer and tried to load a game. It refused to work due to "incompatible graphics drivers". I checked the graphics options and discovered, that the computer had no graphics card whatsoever. I do not believe that the graphics card was not included because of any malicious intent. Rather, I believe it was a simple mistake in assembly. Other than the non-inclusion of any graphics card whatsoever, this is a fantastic product and runs beautifully and smoothly. I would not purchase this computer from this supplier however, because I do not believe they are reliable in delivering other corporations products. I plan to purchase the same product from the direct supplier, because the slight increase in cost is well worth the reliability of the product.

A very good little machine. You could probably build yourself a slightly cheaper PC that's just as powerful, but you'd have to get lucky on part sales and know a lot about your component compatibility. These little computers are extremely good at giving you the most gaming bang for your buck. Plays every game I have (Left 4 Dead 2, Skyrim, Minecraft, Subnautica, ARMA II) on very high settings with zero problems. I got mine for a console-loving relative as their first gaming PC, and they've completely fallen in love.
