      These are my impressions after 1.5 years of use.

      Pros: excellent processing and GPU power. High monitor hertz for a laptop. No bloatware. Beautiful construction. Decent sound quality from built-in speakers.

      Cons: terrible battery life (but who is really playing games on-the-go with laptops?) Computer crashes 50% of the time when you plug it in after it being critically low.

Without the laptop being plugged into an outlet, it will die quickly like the steamdeck quick. The wifi and Bluetooth connection software and hardware are both buns!!!!! No range at all. YOU LITERALLY have to sit next to the wifi or purchase an adapter plug-in, or my least favorite run a cable all the way to your desire room to be hardlined.

      The processor is garbage and the actual Alienware operating system is very restrictive. Also dang near all the Alienware apps are no longer supported and downloading an app to replace the unsupported function is painful, because it will not allow it. It reminds me of IOS... I would adivse picking a better laptop with a different operating system, this one is done, I hope this helps.
