This is my second bottle. I almost didn’t reorder because the first few weeks I really didn’t notice much difference. I know Niagen is more for long term health - mostly anti-aging. But many reviewers mention improved energy right away, or after a few days. For me, not so much. Maybe because I’m a lot younger than others taking this?
After a few weeks, I did start to notice more stamina at work and in the gym. I really wasn’t sure, to be honest. So after I ran out, I waited a few weeks and noticed I felt less clear headed and less motivated in the gym.
I reordered and started back up, but with double the previous dose since I read others were taking more. Sometimes 250 mg a day, sometimes 500. Anyways, I really felt a boost this time, so I'm pretty sure its working for me.
My girlfriend also says my hair is thicker, but idk if that’s just her imagination or what.
I rarely review products I buy, but after hearing about this I chose to look into it. My husband has trouble staying awake in the evening, then wakes up several times during the night. After my research, I chose to buy the sample size to see if it helped him at all. He has been taking it about a week now, and suddenly he isn't falling asleep in his chair at 7:30, he's actually been able to watch a few programs with me at night. He seems to have more energy and is able to stick to what he is doing for longer periods of time. He seems more rested to me, and if this continues before the bottle is empty I will definitely order again, and start taking them myself, maybe it will help me GO to sleep. I recommend this product, the sample size is just right to see if it helps you like it helped my husband.
I’m down to the last few capsules and am finally seeing some improvement in energy. Its possible I wasn’t taking enough, was only 1 capsule at first. Recently started with 2 capsules, and am seeing a difference in energy. Also my skin has improved considerably over the last month - softer and less irritated in a few spots on my face that tend to get dry and red. Can't say for sure if its due to the Niagen, but that is a known benefit from regular B3, so am guessing it is related. Will be reordering soon.
Having tried many products over the years, I am naturally skeptical about supplements because most have had little to no benefits. I have cut down my supplements to COQ10 and Milk Thistle.

I learned that a little higher dosage might give even better results, so started taking 2 capsules (500mg total) every morning. The increased dosage really worked for me, especially in my cycling. Now I am keeping up with some of my younger friends who were dropping me a few months ago.
