This is not a 'traditional' cookbook. Or at least what I thought I was getting. Not saying that in a bad way, just saying. Recipes are a bit 'lost' amongst the text. Wish they were somehow 'separated' better... with pictures... I'm a photographer, not a cook. I want to make sure I made it right! :)
The book is a little larger than I thought it would be, but I like how the text is spaced out enough, making it a little easier to read for people like me who get easily distracted while reading... who am I kidding, I still get distracted! Nonetheless, perhaps if the book was slightly smaller there wouldn't be as many 'odd breaks' in the paragraphs/text where you randomly have 1 word by itself at the top of the page/beginning of a new chapter. Again, nit-picking, but Amazon is asking what I thought, so....
Overall though the information in the book is GREAT, and that's really what matters most.
I can't wait to try these recipes! Perhaps I will update down the road and include my own photos.. #goals
