“Celebrate a school community as a great common ground where families of all kinds connect and share in their children’s educational journey…. the book’s refrain of “All are welcome here” feels both deeply reassuring and almost radical in our polarized time.” —Publishers Weekly
“This is a must-read for pre-school and elementary classrooms everywhere.” – Trudy Ludwig, author of The Invisible Boy

All Are Welcome Here shares the message of a school. A school where everyone's differences are loved and celebrated. Page-after-page introduces different types of race, religions, ethnicity, and body types. These difference are celebrated as the message, “All are Welcome Here,” was repeated and shared on page-after-page of this beautiful text.
All Are Welcome Here is a book that must be present in every classroom. The message in today’s world lately has been so destructive to those that are different. I choose to counteract the message of the world by reminding my students every day that they all are welcome in my classroom, and to do that, I will absolutely be using the book, All Are Welcome Here!
BTW, I saw the flag of Hong Kong among a bunch of other countries' flags. Hong Kong is not a country. It's only a region.
I highly recommend this book be a part of everyone's book collection!

It is ideal to have in a classroom and to share on a regular basis. I have bought it for professional purposes, to inspire people in churches to think about their inclusivity and diversity, but I am positive that children would love to read it and find themselves represented in there. Would that the whole world were as inclusive and welcoming.
The illustrations are incredible, after i read a page my daughter will stop and point to images telling me what she sees. This book not only helps highlight diversity but really promotes language skills.
My daughter has learnt what a wheelchair is, different cultural foods that the children eat at lunch. (Beautiful imagry of different types of breads, meals and drinks)
We discuss the children with headscalfs, glasses, the child praying and the different types of activities at school.
accepted equally. This was a lovely text to use as part of our settling in sessions at school as we begun to look at what makes us special.
