Features and Benefits
All-Clad pans with a stainless interior cooking surface are oven-safe up to 500 degrees. All-Clad pans with a non-stick cooking surface are oven-safe up to 400 degrees, but should not be used under the broiler. We recommend using a low to medium temperature when cooking with All-Clad. Warranty
From date of purchase, All-Clad guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse. Minor imperfections and slight color variations are normal.

Cleaning Instructions
For daily cleaning, warm soapy water is sufficient. Clean your All-Clad thoroughly after each use. Food films left of the pan may cause discoloration and sticking. To get rid of stuck-on food or discoloration and stains from using too high of a heat, we recommend cleaning your All-Clad with a product called Bar Keeper’s Friend. To use the Bar Keeper’s Friend, simply use a soft cloth or sponge and water and make into a soupy paste. This can be used on the interior, as well as the exterior of your All-Clad (excluding the Cop-R-Chef). The Bar Keeper’s Friend can also be used on the exterior of the All-Clad Stainless collection, LTD collection, and MC2 collection. For cleaning of the Cop-R-Chef exterior, simply use a brass/copper cleaner. If your water has a high iron content, you may notice a rusty discoloration. Use Bar Keeper’s Friend to remove it.

Ever wish for the perfect size pan for vegies, soup, sauce or gravy? Are you cooking for one or two, or need a small pan for a side dish? Ever wish you could thoroughly heat clam chowder without scorching it? Wish you could save energy by being able to cook at a lower temperature? Wishing for a pan that takes little room in the cupboard or dishwasher? One that heats from the sides as well as the bottom for even heat distribution without hot spots? A pan that is so substantial and sturdy that it may last a lifetime? If so, this may be the perfect pan for you. Some people avoid stainless because food might stick, but I have absolutely no problem with this pan. I have a small kitchen and am delighted that this pan actually fits sideways in the dishwasher between rows of posts, and because it is wider than it is tall I can stack several on one shelf. It is 3 ply, with aluminum for superior heat conduction sandwiched between layers of top quality stainless steel. Stainless doesn't react with any foods, and this pan is oven safe up to 500 degrees. I can start cooking in the pan and finish cooking or keep it warm in the oven, even use it to serve from, and store leftovers in the fridge. The double riveted handle can't fall off like a welded handle could, and there are no screws to tighten or lose. If you've ever thrown away a pan because the nonstick was scratched or peeling or the pan was warped, or thrown away food because a warped or thin pan caused it to scorch or because aluminum reacted with and discolored the food or caused it to taste metallic, then you know what a poor value in cookware can do. This pan is top of the line at a great price. Over half a century I have used many brands of cookware and none have completely pleased me until now.

OK Here I go. Expensive and very very poorly finished along the rim at the top. Down right sloppy. The inside is made of 18/10 stainless but now they make the outside out of 21/0 and call it magnetic stainless even though it does not meet the qualifications to be called stainless. They say this is so that it can be used for induction cooking, but I think it is an excuse to make it CHEAP. I know that All-clad makes some beautiful stuff, but I have decided to go for Staub or LeCreuset enamel coated cast iron made in France OR Emile Henry Ceramic Flame Top cookware made in france. Worth looking into these three other brands. The reviews on these other fine products are real eye openers to a healthier way of cooking.

I have to first say that I was surprised at how small 1 quart is when I received this. It's definitely the smallest pot I've ever seen. That being said, it has worked perfectly for me. I use it for some sauces and it also works well for canned veggies when I'm feeling lazy. It's small size makes it easy to fit in the top rack of the dishwasher too. This is part of the D3 set, not the newer D5 stuff, but as the rest of my pots and pans are D3 and work great that didn't bother me. I love all of my All-Clad stuff, great heating and temperature distribution, and this one definitely fits the name.

Like all of the All-Clad cookware it is of high quality. Very easy to clean up, just remember to not turn the heat up higher than necessary. The stainless conducts heat very well, so lower heat is used. This avoids burnt-on food and clean-up is easy. For stubborn food, put some water in, place lid on, and soak, rinse with warms water. Occasional "wash" with Barkeepers Friend, baking soda, or other non-abrasive cleaner with a damp towel will keep your All-Clad looking almost new (with just a few wear & tear marks from use).

It is a beauty of a saucepan. Everything an All-Clad Stainless pan should be. And with a lid! If I had to search for a down side I'd say it's the rivets inside the pan. Food tends to caught slightly in them. As long as I am careful cleaning it, it's everything I bought it for.

This sauce pan heats quickly and allows you to heat things using low heat. The advantage is that gravies and such don't burn. Somethings this item can be had for 20 bucks without the lid. If you find such a deal, don't pass it up.

This little pot is perfect for one. Great for a can of soup. Or making small amounts of sauce. Even heating and dishwasher safe. It's not a must-have, but it's a great test piece. Mine was part of a promotion.

This, as with the 8-qt. stockpot, suffers from an engineering problem. All-Clad has designed it's pots and pans so a number of them have the same circumference, meaning they can share the same-sized lid with other sizes. That would be a bonus, but it means that some, like this 1-qt, are too short for their width, creating awkwardness. I usually use a 1 qt to make small quantities of rice, for example, but this one tends to boil/bubble over too easily. This shares a lid with the 2 qt, which is unusually tall and narrow because of it. Although I like the idea of interchangeable lids, it comes at the expense of functionality.
