Specialty hard-anodized aluminum cookware features an easy-release nonstick interior. Long stainless steel handle is securely riveted for safe usage. Ridged bottom adds a grilled effect to your favorite foods, while allowing fat to drain away. The tall rim helps protect against grease splatter. Square shape is ideal for flank steak, tenderloin or strips of zucchini.
Distinguished among All-Clad's renowned cookware collections by its stylish, charcoal-black, hard-anodized aluminum exterior, the LTD line provides serious and professional cooks with all the virtues that make All-Clad's worldwide reputation unsurpassed. Key to its high performance is a three-ply, bonded construction. Sandwiched between the exterior and the interior lies a thick core of pure aluminum that spreads heat evenly across the bottoms of pots and pans and all the way up the sides. The striking exterior resists scratching, chipping, and peeling. Certain pieces, like this one, have two interior layers, one of 18/10 stainless steel and the other of scratch-resistant, professional-grade nonstick bonded to the steel.
This grill pan exemplifies why All-Clad's LTD cookware appeals to contemporary cooks. It's 11 inches square, perfect for grilling four big burgers or two porterhouse steaks. Plus, the meat will look better than if it had come from a flat pan because the grill marks it appetizingly. Because the grill's cooking surface is made of durable nonstick, you can grill halibut steaks without fat for a healthy meal, and the grill cleans up easily. Its polished, 18/10 stainless-steel handle is secured to the pan by stainless-steel rivets for strength, grooved on the top and rounded on the bottom for comfort, and holed in the end for hanging on a hook or peg. The long handle stays cool on the stovetop but won't be harmed by an oven's heat. LTD cookware carries a lifetime warranty against defects and should be hand washed. --Fred Brack

I've now been using my pan for two years, and it still looks and performs beautifully!
Thank you All-Clad, for designing such a great piece of equipment, and thank you Amazon, for carrying it!
Does it not stick= yes, with proper preheating
Does it grill your food= questionable... i tried turkey burgers, but the grill marks mmm scraped right off the burger in flipping process
I grilled steaks, ut it more or so less steamed them, and bread like as in a panini grilled cheese and it worked fine.
I bought this in hopes of healthier food, its lack luster as a grill pan the ridges are barely raised off the pan, so it creates fainy grill lines if your lucky. Works excellent as a nonstick pan. But that is not why i purchased it.
And, I happen to be a chef. I own all all ccla equipment this just doesnt fit the bill for me
This is an American-made product by All-Clad and it just feels very well made. It's has a very solid, sturdy feel and although I think the handle could be a bit wider, it's not at all uncomfortable and even better, the handle does not get hot. From the look of it, you might think the handle would require the use of an oven mitt or pot holder but the handle simply doesn't get hot.
The clean up is really easy, even with the stuff that sticks, and that isn't much since this is hard anodized aluminum. No soaking is necessary as whatever food might get stuck washes off easily. From what I can tell this pan heats up evenly and doesn't require a very high setting. I have a gas range and the fire is set about medium-low which is more than enough to heat the pan thoroughly and allow for even cooking.
If you're in the market for a grill pan, then give this one a good look.
