If you are looking for something a little more on the serious side, this book probably isn't a great choice. There are some tasty recipes in the book, but it is not heavily focused on diet or an exercise routine. What Taylor's book offers is pointers on how to stay positive, be good to yourself, and make your journey to "Sveltseville" a little less rocky.
I would also recommend her other book "Our Lady Of Weight Loss." Just today I gave both books to a close friend of mine, and she seemed pretty interested. Taylor's books are fun enough to peak a person's interest as opposed to making them upset that you decided to give them a weight loss book.
She takes eating to another level. Informing you of how to change from within so you can change your appearance.
Starting from the inside- your psychology- is the best way to have success when changing your eating behaviors.
Read and learn about yourself.
