Bought for use with AWS, webhooks, and IFTTT

I bought this to control my smart lights via Ifttt with webhooks over AWS since the original AWS IoT buttons were 'out of stock' on Amazon. What I learned is that the IFTTT setup is much easier software-wise with the original button, not so easy with this enterprise version. However, I was able to figure out how to set it up manually - fair warning that the delay between button press and smart light change (wemo on IFTTT) is about 7 seconds, but the button does exactly as it describes it would.

I wanted to make things easier for my family to order stuff that we use on a normal basis. This device doesn't work. No matter how many YouTube tutorials, Q&A or instructions. It has a problem connecting. Another thing about this device is apparently there is no return for this item. Do not buy.

The only reason I gave it one star is that it wouldn’t give me the option to give it zero stars. Do not buy this product. It is useless and a waste of money. I want to return it but there’s no option for returning it. I will not be making anymore Amazon purchases until I am able to return this product. If my review is rejected I will post it on FB.

Have spent hours trying to get it up and running.. but it doesn't connect to wifi.
Documentation mentions to connect via url 192.168.0.1, but device rejects/declines.
Prompt to connect via App only. AWS IOT App fails too! No way to get the reason code or error log. JUST shows fail to configure. Doesn't let me contact tech support.. unless pay 29$/month charge. Going to return if I dotn
