Perfect for basic (and extra) car first aid kit

I was an EMT several years ago, and I've always thought that every vehicle should have a well-stocked first-aid kit, and not just a box of Band-Aids. When I got my son a new truck, I decided to get this first aid kit, and was pleasantly surprised. Actually, I missed the part that it has a little first aid kit inside the big first aid kit. That way, I put the big first aid kit in a storage container in the back of his truck, and the little one, which has the basics and a CPR mask, in the armrest. very nice kid, and well put together. The only thing I added was an extra ice pack and a heat pack. Everything else seemed to be included. For me to help you it is all quality supplies, and no junk. Even the case is super nice, and I really like how the contents are listed on the outside. I told my son to make sure that if he takes something out, he needs to replace it. I also told him he has to do an inventory on it every now and then.

When I received the kit I spent some time going through all of the first aid supplies. I was impressed with the diversity of the contents of this kit. Yes, there are bandages, alcohol rubs and antiseptics. However, in this compact kit there is much more you may need for medical emergencies and they are all listed on the back of the pack.

I purchased this to go camping with. I went to a TN state park and camped backwoods; ironically, I had to use it when I was in the front woods/driving area. I was sitting on one of those concrete picnic tables and got up too fast and scraped the back of my leg ripping off the skin in the process.

The bandages stuck to me very well despite camping in hot & humid conditions; to note, I'm not very hairy so maybe if you are a werewolf, the bandages may not stick as well.

I like the red color of the container and the back having an itemized list of its contents. I have bought several first aid kits and throw them in vehicles for what-ifs; each has been a different brand/model and thus far, I like this one the most.

Like the Boy Scout motto, prepare for the what if's, I think every one should have one in the car. You can always add more or replace what you have used. If your camping, its a way's out from a conveince store. I added a elastic stretch roll that sticks and better tweezers. And if you'r at the beach I would also carry a small bottle of vinegar , for jelly fish stings : it deactivates the venom until you can get to a hospital . Its your family, Be prepared, and or help some one when and if needed.

I haven't had to use my kit yet and I honestly hope I don't! I did go through it and it seems to be filled with things I didn't even realize I could need! My favorite thing is the small kit that came with it for my purse! I have usually just thrown things like band aids and other first aid things into my purse which ends up way on the bottom, hard to find and all distorted by the time I need them. Not to mention the digging while saying "it's go to be here somewhere!". Having it all in a nice compact RED bag keeps it all safe and easy to spot! Thank you for that little added gift. If I do end up needing to use the first aid kit and find it short of a necessity, I will let you know!

I looked through all the items and they are well chosen and fit nicely in the pouch. I put the smaller kit that came inside in in my son's diaper bag. I have not actually tested any items thankfully but I am pretty confident that in an emergency this will give me plenty of options.

Seems like it will be a durable bag with extra room inside if you wish to put more things into it (I added some polysporin and liquid bandaid to mine).

Items were well organized inside the bag. Included everything it said it would include. Although the suture kit is not what I expected. It's just a fabric sewing kit with a few thread colour options and a couple buttons. In hindsight, that is probably due to legal reasons.

I recommend this product. It is a great first aid kit especially for the price.

Most first aids kits include similar materials, however, this one comes with some special items such as the mouth to mouth CPR device, ice pack, whistle, compass and even mending mini pack. It just gives us a peace of mine to put one in our car for any emergency in everyday driving or even road trip.
